Q: Who is Prudential West?

A: Prudential West is a company that has helped thousands of timeshare owners out of their unwanted contracts and continues to do so with integrity and professionalism. Q: What are the requirements to qualify for your service?

A: There are a couple of requirements in order to qualify for our service.
• Your timeshare must first be on our list of accepted resorts
• The timeshare must be paid off in full
• Maintenance fees and special assessments must be paid current.

Q: How is the transfer of my timeshare handled?

A: The accuracy and timeliness of transfers is a priority for Prudential West. Therefore we choose a third party, licensed, bonded, and insured title company to handle the entire closing process from beginning to end.

Q: Will I still be responsible for resort maintenance fees and taxes during the transfer and closing process?

A: No. One of the main benefits of working with Prudential West is that each and every customer is relieved of their financial obligations to their resorts immediately after entering in on our agreement.

Q: I have spoken to many companies over the phone about my timeshare, but I would prefer to meet with someone in person, does Prudential West offer a face to face consultation?

A: Prudential West strongly believes in giving our customers the opportunity to meet with us face to face. We have many representatives that travel around the country to meet with you in your place of residence. Q: I have points/weeks deposited into my exchange program. What will happen to the points/week when the title transfer takes place?

A: The closing/transfer process will not affect any weeks that have already been space banked prior to meeting with Prudential West.

Q: I have a confirmed reservation at my resort. Will I still be able go on vacation if I use your service?

A: Yes. The closing process will not affect any existing reservations. Prudential West always maintains careful communication with the resorts and closing company to ensure that these details are documented.

Q: I have heard that timeshares get passed on to heirs, is this true?

A: Many timeshare contracts are written so that the heirs, successors and assigns will inherit the timeshare and be responsible for all financial obligations that come along with it.

Q: Does Prudential West charge an upfront fee to advertise or list my timeshare for sale?

A: We are NOT a listing or resale company. Prudential West is able to offer timeshare owners a guaranteed exit strategy that results in an immediate change of ownership.
